Everton were no match for Manchester City in their English Premier League encounter on Saturday, the home side falling to a 3-1 defeat against Pep Guardiola’s outfit.

The Toffees don’t have much left to play for this season but fans are hoping to see improvement under Sam Allardyce.

However, they were again left frustrated with the way he set up his team against the visitors on Saturday evening, believing they were far too negative and invited pressure on themselves.

The pressure will now be on the Toffees to produce a confident performance against city rivals Liverpool next week.

Can Allardyce set out his side to show ambition and go for the win against the Reds?

Some supporters are so fed up they already want the former England boss to exit the club, believing a change in the summer could be what the club need to move forward.
